Set dies in presses using forklift to move dies and then making necessary manual adjustments using die bar and/or hands (hand tools are also used to tighten bolts)
Set material in in stand using forklift
Remove banding from material
Operate presses
Maintain lubrication levels
Dump scrap hopper
Checks materials defects or problems
Ability to use all types of measurement and inspection tools (i.e. micrometers, ruler, vernier, gauges, plugs, etc.)
Run sample parts for Quality Team Inspections
Complete required paperwork
Maintains a safe and clean work area
Assist co-workers with set-ups

Starting wage is $20.89/hour with excellent benefits

Automation Tender (1st Shift)
Hours: 1st shift 5:00am – 1:20pm with mandatory overtime to 3:20pm and occasional Saturdays
Automation Tender Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Uses all types of mechanical and non-mechanical hand tools.
Sets dies in all automatic presses.
Sets material in cradle and spindle.
Adjusts feeder and straighteners for each individual job.
Sets electrical sensors and feeder stops.
Capable of using all types of measuring and inspection tool equipment, micrometers, ruler, vernier, and all type of gauges and plugs.
Can operate a forklift safely.
Must complete PMA Automation Training System
Run sample parts for Quality Team Inspections.

Automation Cell Operator Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Set both automatic and manual dies in automatic presses.
Sets material in cradle and spindle.
Processes strip material or individual parts for further processing
Adjusts feeder and straighteners for each individual job.
Sets electrical sensors and feeder stops.
Capable of using all types of measuring and inspection tool equipment, micrometers, ruler, vernier, and all type of gauges and plugs.
Can operate a forklift safely.
Must complete PMA Automation Training System

(Heat Treat) Reheat Operator (1st Shift)
Hours: 1st shift 5:00am – 1:20pm with mandatory overtime to 3:20pm and occasional Saturdays
Reheat Operator Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Sets machine quench for each part
Able to read and interpret heat charts
Maintains the proper concentrations of salt
Able to use quality control instruments as per required by specification sheet
Forklift skills
Must complete multi level training
Maintains a clean and safe work area
Must be able to operate and control tempering furnaces.
Operate Draw Furnace on High and Low
Maintain proper level of concentration of furnace.
Use of Rockwell and other control equipment.
Use proper procedure for loading racks.

Labor Tumbler (1st Shift)
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate Forklift
Load and unload parts from vibratory and tumbler machines
Builds and prepares tubs/crates for parts
Uses all appropriate chemicals for finish on parts
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Hours: 5:00am-1:20pm Monday-Friday with daily OT and occasional Saturday

CNC Operator (1st Shift)
Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00am -1:20pm to include overtime until 3:20pm.
Job Duties:
Setup and operate CNC equipment.
Makes tool wear offsets to keep part in tolerance.
Uses all Quality inspection tools, plugs and gauges as required.
Operates Coordinate Measuring Machine.
Changes inserts and maintains tools used in their area.
Mixes all coolant for use in the aforementioned equipment.
Keeps all machines in a clean and orderly manner.
Bar feeder knowledge preferred
