Computer-Controlled CMM
We use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) technology and equipment to ensure the most accurate measurement of product dimensions.
CNC Machining
Our HAAS mills are equipped with pallet changers with a 20” x 40” pallet which allows us to keep our machines running while we are loading parts onto the fixtures, thus increasing the throughput of the machine.
Vibratory Finishing
We have several vibratory finishing bowls. This process will remove sharp edges on parts and improve the surface finish.
Customer Specified Packaging
We offer customer specified packaging and utilize computerized rack storage for finished products. This provides fast and easy parts access.
Salt Bath Heat Treating
We utilize a salt bath type heat treat system along with water quench fixtures to hold parts flat during the hardening process.
Grinding
Our grinding department is comprised of two Blanchard surface grinders and two Gardner double disc grinders.
Stamping
We have the capability to run a wide array of stamping applications from single station dies, to complex multi- station progressive dies.
